22 marketing conferences you should consider attending in 2019
We are more digitally connected and technologically enabled than ever, with many business owners running their entire operations remotely – but when it comes to marketing, sometimes nothing beats face-to-face interaction.
You might have employees all over the world, be immersed in online communities, and enjoy the freedom that comes with location independence; however, keeping one foot in the physical world is key if you want to maximize your network and truly excel in marketing.
Not only is it easier to fully engage with people in person; marketing events often provide an immersive experience, where you get access to big industry names, useful information, education, skill-building, and networking opportunities – all in a condensed social environment of peers who share your passion and goals.
“In-person meetings provide a sense of intimacy, connection and empathy that is difficult to replicate via video,”Paul Axtell, corporate trainer
