Gravity Forms

AffiliateWP records a referral when a visitor an affiliate sent submits your Gravity Forms form, and a coupon linked to an affiliate credits them too.

Referrals From Any Gravity Form You Choose

Turn on referrals in a form’s AffiliateWP settings, and each submission from a visitor who came through an affiliate’s link records a referral for that affiliate. On a form with product fields, the referral is worked out on the total and waits as pending until Gravity Forms reports the payment complete.

With the Gravity Forms Coupons Add-On, you can link a coupon to an affiliate, so every submission that uses it credits them. To build your affiliate signup form in Gravity Forms, add the Affiliate Forms for Gravity Forms addon.

How It Works

Turn on Gravity Forms

Check Gravity Forms under AffiliateWP › Settings › Integrations.

Enable referrals on a form

In the form’s settings, open AffiliateWP, check Enable referrals and pick a referral type.

Referred submissions earn

A visitor who arrived through an affiliate’s link submits the form, and AffiliateWP records the referral.

What You Can Set

Sale, Opt-In or Lead

Give each form’s referrals a type, so you can tell signups from sales on the Referrals screen.

Affiliate coupons

Enter an affiliate’s username in a coupon’s Affiliate Coupon field, and each submission using it credits them.

Refunds reject the referral

Refund a Gravity Forms payment, and AffiliateWP rejects its referral if you haven’t paid it yet.

Subscription payments Pro

With the Recurring Referrals addon, each subscription payment through the Gravity Forms Stripe or PayPal add-ons earns a new referral.

Affiliate registration form Plus

The Affiliate Forms for Gravity Forms addon turns one Gravity Form into your affiliate signup form, with Username, Promo Method and Payment Email fields.

Email tags from your fields Plus

With the same addon, any field on the signup form can become an email tag for AffiliateWP’s emails.

What You Need

Plan

Every AffiliateWP plan. The Affiliate Forms for Gravity Forms addon needs Plus or higher, and commissions on subscription payments need Pro.

Keep in mind
