AffiliateWP records a referral when a visitor an affiliate sent submits your Contact Form 7 form, on every form or only the ones you pick.
A Referral for Every Referred Contact Form 7 Submission
Choose which Contact Form 7 forms count, and each one a referred visitor sends records a referral for the affiliate who sent them. The form’s title becomes the referral’s description.
For a form that takes a payment with the Contact Form 7 PayPal Add-on, the referral is worked out on the form’s price instead.
How It Works
Turn on Contact Form 7
Check Contact Form 7 under AffiliateWP › Settings › Integrations.
Choose your forms
On the Contact Form 7 tab in AffiliateWP’s settings, enable referrals on all forms or on specific ones.
Referred submissions earn
A visitor who arrived through an affiliate’s link sends the form, and AffiliateWP records the referral.

Record referrals as pending, to review each one, or as unpaid, ready to pay.

The list of specific forms shows only your five most recent Contact Form 7 forms. To track an older form, enable referrals on all forms.
