As a software company, our primary focus has always been (and will always be) building, developing and supporting AffiliateWP. Over a year ago we closed our affiliate registration to the public. Our time and resource was already stretched on development and support, and unfortunately our own affiliate program had to take a side seat: we weren’t able to give it the love and attention it needed to truly thrive.

I’ve been part of the AffiliateWP family for over a year, but have recently come on board full-time to do multiple things – including this new role as Affiliate Manager. I also help out with support, write documentation, write content, help with marketing, and anything else I am needed for. I also help out across Easy Digital Downloads and Restrict Content Pro.
What do I know about affiliate management? Well, I’m actually still learning… buuut that’s kind of the point! As a company, we want to learn more about (and become awesome at) affiliate management. Our aim is to gain a deeper understanding of the entire affiliate marketing process, from start to finish.

Congratulations on the re-release of the affiliate program, nice to see that as an affiliate plugin, there’s someone (albeit new) there dedicated to gaining a deeper understanding of the entire affiliate marketing process, from start to finish.
