Pay Every Affiliate Their Way, Automatically

Yes. At the time of writing, a Stripe account in the EEA, Canada or Switzerland reaches affiliates in over 30 countries. From anywhere else, Stripe pays the affiliates in your own country, and PayPal or a manual payout covers the rest.

Yes. AffiliateWP pays store credit on WooCommerce, and on Easy Digital Downloads with the EDD Wallet plugin. With WooCommerce Subscriptions, you can turn on credit that pays down renewals. Store credit isn’t available on MemberPress or Paid Memberships Pro.

Yes. Pay your affiliates any way you like, then mark each payout paid in AffiliateWP. You can export a CSV with each affiliate’s email, amount and currency to work from. AffiliateWP doesn’t store bank details, so you collect those yourself.

No. You run payouts yourself, or a schedule runs them for you, so there’s nothing for an affiliate to request. AffiliateWP also doesn’t split payments at checkout, or let marketplace vendors pay their own affiliates.

You can still pay your affiliates your own way, by bank transfer or any service available to you, and record each payout in AffiliateWP. There’s no built-in payout option for Paystack, Wise or crypto.

AffiliateWP doesn’t create invoices or credit notes, and it doesn’t withhold tax. For a US affiliate you pay with Stripe from a US Stripe account, Stripe collects their W-9 and prepares the 1099 for you to file from your Stripe Dashboard.

Not for Stripe. AffiliateWP creates the Stripe account for each affiliate, and they finish setup on a Stripe page that asks for the details their country needs. For PayPal, your affiliate gives you an email address and needs a PayPal account on it to collect the money.

By default, AffiliateWP rejects the unpaid referral, so the commission is never paid. With a holding period set, recent commissions aren’t paid until your refund window has passed, which gives a refund time to arrive first. A commission you’ve already paid stays paid.
