Great news – I currently give a 2% reward for every referral an affiliate gives for the life of the new customer. Is there a way to give them a reward for signing up a new affiliate…and then a percentage of that affiliates new business?!
Hi Hannah,
There is. That functionality is offered through the MLM add-on (built by a 3rd party)
This is great news. I have been waiting for this. It will work well when people who refer under me.
Glad to hear it Nobby.
I need a solution that provides recurring commissions from a referred customer. In other words, I want the affiliate to get a % of every purchase (subscriptions, downloads, products, et. al.) for the life of that customer. Does your product do this?
You can award an affiliate commission whenever a customer renews their subscription payment with the Recurring Referrals add-on: https://affiliatewp.com/add-ons/pro/recurring-referrals/
For one-off product purchases (non-subscriptions), see the Lifetime Commissions add-on: https://affiliatewp.com/add-ons/pro/lifetime-commissions/.
These 2 add-ons can be used together. Have a look at each add-on page to see if it supports your eCommerce system. If you have any more questions you can reach out to us from our support page: https://affiliatewp.com/support/
HI, I have been testing the affiliatewp, and I noticed that when a referred user sign-up, it doesn’t show the details of the user in the Affiliate Area > Referrals Tab. It only shows Amount | Description | Status | Date, is it possible to show the name and email address of the referred sign-up?
Hi Jeffrey,
Including those details is not currently supported but may be something we’re able to add in the future.
