Grow Your ActiveCampaign List Through Your Affiliates
Put AffiliateWP’s opt-in form on any page, and each visitor who fills it in joins your ActiveCampaign list. When that visitor came through an affiliate’s link, AffiliateWP also records a referral for the affiliate, at the amount you set.
To add the affiliates themselves to ActiveCampaign as they join your program, connect the two with the Zapier addon.
How It Works
Connect ActiveCampaign
Under AffiliateWP › Settings › Opt-In Form, pick ActiveCampaign and add your API URL, API key and List ID.
Add the opt-in form
Place the Opt-in Form block, or the [opt_in] shortcode, on any page your affiliates link to.
Referred sign-ups earn a referral
A visitor who arrived through an affiliate’s link and subscribes earns that affiliate a referral.

Pending or unpaid
Record opt-in referrals as pending, to review each one, or as unpaid, ready to pay.

What You Need
Plan
Every AffiliateWP plan for the opt-in form. Adding affiliates to ActiveCampaign uses the Zapier addon, which is part of Pro.
Works with
An ActiveCampaign account, with its API URL, API key and the ID of the list you want to grow.
Keep in mind
An email address already on your list isn’t added again, and it doesn’t earn the affiliate a referral.

Not on its own. The opt-in form subscribes visitors, not affiliates. To add affiliates as they join, use the Zapier addon on Pro, with a zap from AffiliateWP to ActiveCampaign.
The form adds the subscriber to the list you set. An automation in ActiveCampaign that starts when someone joins that list then runs as usual.
The flat Opt-In Referral Amount you set under AffiliateWP › Settings › Opt-In Form. It’s the same amount for every opt-in, and it starts at 0.00 until you change it.
A first name, a last name and an email address. All three are required, and AffiliateWP sends the names to ActiveCampaign with the email.
On the Referrals screen. Each opt-in referral carries the subscriber’s email address as its reference.
The same opt-in form connects to Mailchimp or ConvertKit instead of ActiveCampaign. It connects to one platform at a time.
