MemberPress

AffiliateWP records a commission when someone your affiliate sends buys a MemberPress membership, at the rate you set for that membership or the affiliate.

MemberPress Works with AffiliateWP

A Commission on Every Member Your Affiliates Bring In

When a visitor arrives through an affiliate’s link and buys a membership, AffiliateWP records a pending referral for that affiliate, then marks it unpaid once MemberPress completes the transaction.

A purchase with a coupon linked to an affiliate credits that affiliate too, and each referral on the Referrals screen links straight to its MemberPress transaction.

How It Works

Turn on MemberPress

Check MemberPress under AffiliateWP › Settings › Integrations.

An affiliate sends a customer

The customer arrives through the affiliate’s link, and AffiliateWP records the visit.

A commission is recorded

When the customer completes a membership purchase, AffiliateWP records a referral for that affiliate.

What You Can Set

A rate for each membership

Set a referral rate on any membership, or turn referrals off for it, in the Affiliate Rate box on the membership’s edit screen.

Affiliate coupons

Link a MemberPress coupon to an affiliate, and every purchase that uses it credits them.

Turn members into affiliates

Turn on the affiliate signup widget, and paying members see an invite to join your program on the MemberPress thank-you and account pages.

Subscription renewals Pro

With the Recurring Referrals addon, each renewal payment earns a new commission, with its own rate and an optional limit for each membership.

Refunds follow the transaction

Refund a transaction in MemberPress and AffiliateWP rejects its commission, as long as you haven’t paid it yet.

No self-referrals

An affiliate who buys a membership through their own link doesn’t earn a commission on it.

What You Need

Every AffiliateWP plan. Commissions on subscription renewals need Pro.
