Every Point Earned, Redeemed, and Pending

The Activity panel shows a chronological feed of every point transaction. Earned points appear in green with a + sign, redemptions stand apart in darker text, and pending points from orders awaiting completion show an orange “Pending” label.

Your customers always know what’s confirmed and what’s still processing. No guesswork, no confusion.

Every Referral, From Signup to Purchase

Clicking the Referrals tab gives your customers a real-time view of their referral pipeline. A summary at the top shows how many referrals have completed and how many are still pending. Below, each referral shows a friend’s name (or a masked email for privacy), what they did, and a color-coded status badge.

A friend who made a purchase shows a green “Completed” badge. A friend who placed an order but hasn’t been confirmed yet shows an orange “Pending” badge. And if you have Friend Rewards enabled, friends who claimed their reward show “Reward claimed.” Your customers can track all of this without reaching out to you.

Getting Started with Rewards Activity

Rewards Activity is included on all RewardsWP plans.

1. Update to the latest version of RewardsWP.
2. Open the Rewards Widget on your store’s frontend as a logged-in customer.
3. Navigate to Activity to see the full points and referral history.
