WPForms
AffiliateWP records a referral when a visitor an affiliate sent submits your WPForms form, and a WPForms form can also sign up your affiliates.
Referrals From Your Forms, and a Signup Form You Build Yourself
Turn on referrals for a form, and each submission from a visitor who came through an affiliate’s link records a referral for that affiliate. On a form that takes a payment, the referral is worked out on the form’s total and waits as pending until the payment completes.
The same builder can register affiliates. Start from AffiliateWP’s Affiliate Registration Form template, map the fields to the affiliate’s account, and each submission creates the affiliate.
How It Works
Turn on WPForms
Check WPForms under AffiliateWP › Settings › Integrations.
Enable referrals on a form
In the form builder, open Settings › AffiliateWP, turn on Enable Referrals and pick a referral type.
Referred submissions earn
A visitor who arrived through an affiliate’s link submits the form, and AffiliateWP records the referral.
What You Can Set
Referrals per form
Turn referrals on only for the forms you want affiliates to earn from.
Sale, Opt-In or Lead
Give each form’s referrals a type, so you can tell signups from sales on the Referrals screen.
Paid forms
On a form with a payment field, the referral is worked out on the total and marked unpaid once Stripe or PayPal Standard completes the payment.
Affiliate registration
Turn on Enable Affiliate Registration and map Name, Username, Account Email, Payment Email, Website URL, Promotion Method and Password.

WPForms, free or paid, on the same WordPress site as AffiliateWP.
Keep in mind
A form has no referral rate of its own. A paid form’s referral uses the affiliate’s rate, or your default rate.
