Elementor
Build your affiliate registration form with Elementor Pro’s Form widget, and record a referral when a referred visitor submits any other Elementor form.
An Affiliate Registration Form Built in Elementor
Add AffiliateWP as an action after submit on an Elementor form, turn on affiliate registration, and match your fields to AffiliateWP’s. Each submission then creates an affiliate account, styled however you’ve designed the page.
The same action works on lead and opt-in forms too. When a visitor who came through an affiliate’s link submits one, AffiliateWP records a referral for that affiliate.
How It Works

Check Elementor under AffiliateWP › Settings › Integrations.
Add the AffiliateWP action

Referrals on any form
Turn on Enable Referrals on a lead or opt-in form, and a referred submission earns the affiliate a referral.
Referral type, status and amount
Record form referrals as a Lead or an Opt-in, as Pending or Unpaid, at a flat amount you set.
