In some countries, affiliates will be required to pay tax on their income from affiliate commissions over a certain earnings threshold. We do not currently have a feature for processing taxes or 1099 forms for affiliates. Taxes are considered part of the business accounting processes that site owners and business owners are responsible for.
To make this easier, within AffiliateWP you can export referral information for all affiliates with the Export Affiliates option located under AffiliateWP » Tools » Export / Import. This tool allows you to generate a CSV file of affiliate accounts, which show each affiliate’s name, email address, and their earnings, which you can then pass on to your accountant or accounting firm to organize.
Alternatively, you can use the Export Referrals option located directly below the Export Affiliates tool, and export Paid referrals only (referrals which have physically been paid to your affiliates) within the specific period you require.
