AffiliateWP has a simple opt-in form to allow affiliates to promote email signups for a site owner wishing to grow their email marketing lists. The form is displayed with the [opt_in] shortcode. This standalone shortcode allows you to display an opt-in form that integrates with Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or ConvertKit. In addition, this introduces a new referral type with the value Opt-in.

The referral entry will display the newly acquired email address in the referral’s Reference column.
Redirect:
If you’d like to redirect users after they submit an opt-in form to a specific page, use the redirect parameter of the shortcode:
